Delivery method issue
Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality. Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me. Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package. Many thanks for the discount coupons as well.

I work with Edmonton Catholic Schools and we ordered two large plaque mounts from you. They arrived today and they are absolutely perfect. Thank you for doing such a great job and for getting this done so quickly!

The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
