I want to extend my sincere appreciation for ensuring that my art pieces arrived on Tuesday, Dec 30th and for your generosity in covering the rush order fee, even though the error/type in the card number was on my part. Since these were a gift for my daughters and I was leaving city the next day, your willingness to go the extra mile to ensure this timely arrival meant that I could sign the pieces and be there to present these in person. That meant a lot to me.
Also, the quality of these photographic prints on canvas was superb*. The colour match was ideal, the workmanship, the quality of the canvas and customer service was all top-notch and first class. I MUST write this and commend your company for an excellent experience I just had with you. I bought a painting from an artist in the UK not knowing that it would be un-stretched from it's original frame and shipped to me simply rolled up in a tube. I'd never heard of such in all the paintings I've purchased over the years. After calling and visiting several companies that might re-stretch it near me, no one would touch it because it had been stretched and wouldn't take the responsibility. I believe Artfinder, whom I purchased it through, found your company in BC, some 2000 plus miles away from Ohio.
I then called you direct, and you immediately welcomed the challenge, quoted me a very fair price, arranged the entire project for me in minutes. I shipped it to you, you re-stretched my painting perfectly. There is no way you can tell it has been reworked. Plus, you carefully put black tape completely around the back frame, and installed screws and a hanging wire, along with pads at the bottom for protection. All I might add were a surprise and very welcomed. You then wrapped it in a custom made box with proper banding, and shipped it back to me in a very short amount of time. Another surprise was FedEx shipping was only $19.00. All I had to do is unwrap it, put a nail in the wall and hang and begin enjoying it.... FINALLY! I struggled with this prior to discovering Keen Art Media for far too many hours.
I want to personally thank you for your service, expertise, and professionalism in making this crazy ordeal come to such a wonderful, (and peaceful), happy ending. Wishing you and your fine company continued success. I will use and recommend you at any time of need.

They did everything I could have asked for. They spent the time to help me figure out which photo\'s had enough resolution to print on the large size I wanted and which photos would work for which sizes. They were honest with me if they thought a picture would not look good. My canvas were at my door in one, in 6 business days. They were packaged very well to ensure there was no damage. I couldn\'t be happier with my experience and the product they produced. I would use them again without a doubt and would recommend them for anyone wanting to get a canvas print.
