Just received my second order - this time it was for two floating frames that, like the first order, were slightly oversized as I had requested because I wanted a 1/2\" gap rather than the standard 1/4\" gap. The frames were perfect and I easily mounted the paintings with the hardware provided in about an hour - and they look great. Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.
