My first order with USA On Canvas. It was worth the wait - large format print on metallic paper that was mounted on a wooden block with a resin coating. The effect is so realistic you feel you can reach out and touch the image as if you are in the photo. Price is the best on the web and the shipping was free. It was packed very well. This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps.
