(I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. I got my frame quite quickly, even though I was worried Canada post would be on strike. It was packed really well, and every framing material they use is very high quality!!
