Robert B., Ottawa | Not Happy... The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.
